Aerovista is a brand name operated by AIRTKTSERVICES LLC, an independent travel agency incorporated in the United States. We are not an airline, and we are not affiliated with or endorsed by any airline. We are an accredited travel agency that facilitates the purchase of airline tickets and related services on behalf of our clients.
By contacting us, using our website, or engaging our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

All bookings are subject to availability and the terms and conditions of the relevant airline. Aerovista acts as an agent between you (the traveler) and the airline (the service provider).
Aerovista may charge a service fee for bookings, changes, upgrades, or cancellations in addition to any airline-imposed fares, change fees, or cancellation penalties. All applicable fees will be clearly communicated to you by our agent before any transaction is completed. You will not be charged without your explicit verbal authorization.
Flight fares are set by the airlines and are subject to change at any time without notice until a booking is fully confirmed and paid. Aerovista cannot guarantee fare prices quoted verbally during an initial inquiry. The confirmed price is only established at the time of booking completion and payment processing.
Payment for services is collected at the time of booking. We accept major credit and debit cards. By providing payment information, you authorize AIRTKTSERVICES LLC to charge the stated amount for the services you have requested. Receipts or booking confirmations will be provided upon successful payment.
Cancellation and refund eligibility depends on the fare type purchased and the airline's policies at the time of cancellation. Aerovista's service fees are generally non-refundable. Airline fare refunds, where applicable, are processed according to the airline's timeline — typically 7 to 21 business days. Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details.
Flight changes are subject to airline availability, airline change policies, and any applicable change fees or fare differences. Aerovista will communicate all costs to you before processing any change. Name changes on airline tickets are subject to individual airline rules and may not be permitted on all fare types.
You are responsible for ensuring that all passenger details provided to us are accurate, including names (as they appear on government-issued ID), dates of birth, passport numbers, and contact information. Aerovista is not liable for bookings that cannot be fulfilled due to incorrect information provided by the client.

Aerovista (AIRTKTSERVICES LLC) acts as an agent for airlines and other travel suppliers. We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of airlines, including flight delays, cancellations, overbooking, or changes in schedule. Our liability to you in connection with our services is limited to the amount of service fees paid to us for the transaction in question.
Aerovista shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performing services resulting from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, pandemics, airline strikes, or technical failures.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms shall be resolved in the courts of New Jersey.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
