Aerovista (AIRTKTSERVICES LLC) is an independent travel agency. Refund eligibility for airline tickets is determined by the fare rules of the specific airline and ticket type purchased — not solely by Aerovista. Our agents will clearly explain your refund options before processing any cancellation.
Under U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations, airlines operating flights to, from, or within the United States must allow passengers to cancel reservations without penalty for at least 24 hours after purchase, provided the booking was made at least 7 days before the scheduled departure date.
